It all starts with a discovery working session, then we'll work through the scoping and proposal for your website design project.

30 Minute Free Discovery Call

First, we'll have a 30 minute free scoping call to find out what you need and the general target audience for your website. We'll also discuss your budget and timeline.

Discovery Session

Then, we'll have a 1 hour scoping session to go deeper. We'll then do market research and create a flow chart for your app so you know exactly what you'll get.

Project Proposal

After the discovery session, we'll put together a proposal for you that commits to a price and estimated timeline for your new website design. We'll then present this to you for signing and agreement to proceed to the design.

Design & Development

Assuming you are happy with the proposal and want to proceed with us, we'll then start your project. The first phase is design, then development. A typical project takes 8-12 weeks.

Training and Handover

Once we've built and tested your website, and you've reviewed the design and progress at each step of the way, we then train you on how to manage your website and hand it over.

Then, we'll have a 1 hour scoping session to go deeper. We'll then do market research and create a flow chart for your website so you know exactly what you'll get. One off cost: $499 (credited against the full project price when you move ahead with the full proposal).

Where are you based?

We're a remote team, with a home-base in Canary Wharf, London in the United Kingdom. We can set up in person meetings to discuss your project at our office!

Do you take equity or part of my app?

No, your app is yours. We never take any ownership or part equity in your app. You pay us for your services, we build your idea but you own it, not us. We'll also sign an NDA if you like.

Will you help my app get on the app stores?

Absolutely - we submit your app for you to the Google and Apple stores, and guide you through paperwork to do so.

Can I pay for my project in installments?

Absolutely. We usually offer 2-4 payment milestones depending on your price plan size with 7 day invoice payment terms per milestone. We can offer longer payment terms in some cases, like for larger corporates with fixed billing periods.

Will I own my app?

Yes. You'll own your app's design, users and database content. Your app will need to stay hosted with Bubble, but you'll own your app in your own Bubble account. For more information on rights, please contact us.

Do you provide aftercare for my project?

Yes, we provide a free bug-fix warranty for 30 days after your project has been handed over. We also provide ongoing support as part of your hosting fee for fixes and minor tweaks.
