How It Works

Our process is simple, but exclusive. We don't just work with anyone on any project, we have a by-application only process to ensure you get the best of our team, and we get the best of you. If we invite you to become a client, you'll be one of a handful of projects for that month's Cohort.

30 Minute Project Discussion

We start with a 30-minute Zoom call to ensure your project is a good fit for our specialist team. This is a high level discussion to find out more about you, your project and your goals.

Discovery Session

Then, we'll have a 1 hour scoping session to go deeper. We'll then do market research and create a flow chart for your app so you know exactly what you'll get.

Project Proposal

Then, we'll put together a proposal for you that commits to a price and estimated timeline for your project. We'll then present this to you for signing and invite you to become a client.

Design & Development

Assuming you are happy with the proposal and want to proceed with us, we'll then start your project. The first phase is design, then development. A typical project takes 8-12 weeks.

Training and Handover

After building and testing your app—with your input at every step—we'll train you to manage it, hand it over, and offer optional aftercare packages.

Scoping Session

Then, we'll have a longer scoping session to go deeper and map out the pages, features and flows so you know exactly what your project will include.

Design & Development

The first phase is design, then development and testing. A typical project takes 4-6 weeks depending on complexity.
