CalendarGuard

Overview

CalendarGuard set out to help busy professionals take control of their time by automatically protecting space in their calendars. The goal was to create a SaaS product that integrates with Google Calendar and intelligently blocks out time based on user preferences, helping people stay focused and avoid burnout.

The problem

Calendar management is often reactive, with users constantly adjusting meetings and struggling to protect time for deep work or personal priorities. We needed to design a system that could proactively manage calendars without feeling intrusive or rigid, while working seamlessly with Google Calendar and adapting to individual user behaviour.

Our solution

We designed and built CalendarGuard as a smart, scalable SaaS platform that integrates directly with Google Calendar. The product automatically blocks out time based on user-defined preferences, effectively “guarding” their schedule. The result is a more balanced, controlled calendar experience that helps users stay productive, protect their time and focus on what matters most.
