HeartEase

Overview

HeartEase set out to modernise how respite care is accessed and managed, particularly through partnerships with insurance providers and employers. The goal was to create a platform that makes it easy for employees to book at-home care for their loved ones, while giving organisations a reliable system to support their people. We partnered with a venture studio on this project to help bring the product to life.

The problem

Respite care involves sensitive, time-critical needs, so the platform had to be both simple and trustworthy. We needed to design a booking experience that worked seamlessly across devices, while also handling the operational complexity of coordinating care, managing users and supporting multiple stakeholders such as employers, insurers and the venture studio team.

Our solution

We designed and built a production-ready web app that is fully mobile responsive, allowing users to easily book and manage care from any device. Working closely with the venture studio, we delivered a streamlined platform that handles the full booking and management flow. The result is a modern, scalable solution that improves access to respite care while supporting partners in delivering a better service.
