Lumiere

Overview

Lumiere was developed as part of our internal product lab to explore opportunities within the beauty and wellness space. The goal was to create a modern appointment scheduling SaaS for salons, combining a seamless booking experience with built-in client engagement to help businesses grow and retain customers.

The problem

Many salons rely on outdated or fragmented systems that don’t prioritise user experience or ongoing client engagement. We needed to design a platform that not only looks premium and easy to use, but also actively drives repeat bookings through automated touchpoints, without adding complexity for salon owners.

Our solution

We designed and built Lumiere as a scalable SaaS platform, giving salons a beautifully branded booking page alongside automated features like review requests and rebooking reminders. The result is a product that enhances the customer experience while helping salons increase retention and maximise lifetime value, all within a simple, easy-to-manage system.

The results

A premium-feeling booking experience for salons that makes repeat visits the default — and a foundation we can take to market as a standalone product.
